TIDAL TURBINES
Tidal technology which uses ocean currents to produce energy are in full development. We provide commisionning and decommissioning services to the first 0.5 MW tidal turbine prototype in Cherbourg for offshore installation in Paimpol-Bréhat.

Deck preparation, lashing, cutting and supervision (turbine, gravity base and dunnage on deck);

Hauling turbine and gravity base with SPMTs;

Assistance/support for foundation tensile test

Supervision of disassembly, maintenance, reassembly

Lifting assistance for the assembling and commissioning of the gravity base.

HUB MANAGEMENT
For “Fécamp”, “Saint Brieuc” and "Courseulles" projects, our customers have chosen Cherbourg as marshalling port.
Cherbourg Manutention manage these sites, from storage and load out of goods such as bulk materials, casings, containers, tubes, cable protection... And assist for lifting and supervise logistics operations.
Handling assembly and stevedoring operations are carried under our HSEQ policy.

FONDATIONS AND CABLE INSTALLATION
We provide assistance to fondations and cables installation construction operators :

Rock loading with dumper truck for offshore foundations

Rockbags logistics (filling, storage, loading)

From sand to rocks out of our French local quarries we manage stockpiling and operate all materials with most efficient equipment (clamshell, grabs, conveyors, hydraulic cranes...).

We offload the world's largest crane in Cherbourg port and then assembly and transfer on Flamanville site to install reactor dome.
